Dacia tyvstarter i Danmark: Rumænsk billigbil med plads til syv bliver nu parallelimporteret. Danmarks billigste familiebil med plads til syv rammer nu landet via parallelimport. Det er silkeborgforhandleren, der selv hjemtager den rumænskbyggede Dacia Logan MCV, Pick Up, Van i Sandero skal bygges på fabrikken i Pitesti i Rumænien. Samtidig står Renault Danmark foran lanceringen af Renaults første 4X4 crossover, Renault Koleos, Sandero Stepway, der introduceres, og i det sene efterår er der ligeledes international premiere på den nye Renault Megane.

Renaults billigmærke rumænske mærke Dacia viser sin femte model, der vil blive den vigtigste, når mærket kommer til Danmark til efteråret. Dacia Sandero har været til salg i Sydamerika et stykke tid, og snart bliver det euro-pæernes tur. Sandero lanceres i Danmark omkring september sammen med den lille sedan Logan og den store syvpersoners Logan MCV. [www.fdm.dk]

Dacia har nemlig ingen af delene. Derfor bliver Renault Danmark nødt til at barbere deres fortjeneste helt ned, siger Søren Hyltoft. Dacia skulle oprindeligt være introduceret på det danske marked før de øvrige nordiske lande, da man herhjemme godt kan undvære den ekstraordinære pakke til koldt vejr, som Sverige, Norge og Finland kræver. I Frankrig er den i midten af maj blevet introducceret til 7.800 Euro eller 59.000 kroner, og i Tyskland annonceres der netop nu med starttilbud på 7.500 Euro eller 56.500 kroner. Så den rumænske hatcback Dacia Sandero ser ud til at have alle forudsætninger for at kunne slå igennem at den smarte hatchback vil komme til Danmark. Kendetegnet for Dacia er en simpel konstruktion baseret på diverse, fortrinsvis ældre Renault-komponenter. Udstyrsniveauet og kabinefinish er generelt meget lavt, men Dacia har til gengæld fået ry for at være ret billig at vedligeholde.
